One of the elements that represents us most is our homemade buns, prepared every day. Our buns come from a carefully developed recipe and are produced in-house, becoming a fundamental part of 1UP Burger’s identity.
Alongside the classic bun, we also make our colored versions: black with vegetable charcoal, pink with beetroot and yellow with turmeric, making our burgers even more recognizable.
Desserts follow the same approach: carefully prepared creations, often off-menu, designed to complete the experience together with burgers and poke bowls.

From Lampedusa to Mazara del Vallo, a project built over time.
1UP Burger was born in Mazara del Vallo in December 2023, but its roots go much further back.
The project comes from the experience of Lampedusa Streetfood, active since May 2016: a journey that over the years has defined our style, our way of working and our identity.
Behind all of this there are us: Chiara, the heart of the kitchen and production, and Fernando, collaborator and active part in the project’s development.
Our business is seasonal: during summer we are in Lampedusa with our street food, while from October to May you can find us in Mazara with 1UP Burger.
